These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or ph997's Services shall first be submitted to ph997's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph997's internal process within 30 days of submission, the matter shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any right you may have to refer matters to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
